IGP/Mondioring
  • Payment of the registration fee does not guarantee you a starting place. The fee is solely for the consideration of your registration in the selection process.
  • Once you have received a starting place, the registration fee is no longer refundable – regardless of whether you take part in the event or not.
  • If you withdraw before receiving a starting place, we will fully refund the registration fee.
  • If the withdrawal is not made at least 7 days before the draw, you forfeit the right to a refund—even if a starting place has not yet been assigned by that time.
  • Participants who receive a starting spot and fail to appear without prior notice will be excluded from participating in CACIT Germany the following year.
Conference
  • For participants in CACIT (Mondioring/IGP) as well as conference speakers, attendance is free of charge.
  • Cancellation of the registration and refund of the participation fee is not possible.
  • The conference ticket can be transferred to another person under the following conditions:

  • Further information about the CACIT Conference will be available HERE (inactive until the conference page is live).

In the event of a cancellation by CACIT Germany due to force majeure, part of the entry fee will be used to cover the costs already incurred. The remaining amount will be refunded to the participant.

Allocation of Starting Places – CACIT Germany

IGP

The following allocation procedure applies for participation in CACIT Germany (IGP):
  • The first 10 starting places are awarded to the Top 10 of the previous year’s Golden League, to ensure a high-quality field of competitors.
  • 70 further starting spots are exclusively reserved for RSV2000 members, since CACIT Germany also serves as a qualifier for the VDH German Championship.
  • After these first 80 slots, the remaining 80 places will be allocated via a first-come, first-served basis (referred to as “Windhundverfahren”), based on the order in which complete registrations are received—regardless of association membership.
  • To promote breed diversity, the first two entries of each working dog breed are guaranteed a starting place.
  • If a participant with an already assigned start spot withdraws, the next person on the waiting list (according to the Windhundverfahren) will move up. At that point, no distinction is made between RSV2000 members and other participants—even if the original spot was among the 70 reserved ones.

  • Participants on the waiting list who cannot or do not wish to participate in case of a short-notice allocation must withdraw their registration no later than seven days before the draw.
Mondioring

The following allocation procedure applies for participation in CACIT Germany (Mondioring):
  • CACIT Germany can be used as one of two qualifying trials for the VDH German Championship. For this reason, the first 30 starting places are exclusively reserved for RSV2000 members.

  • After these 30 places, all remaining spots will be assigned via the Windhundverfahren—based on the order in which complete registrations are received, regardless of association membership.
  • If a participant with an already assigned spot withdraws, the next person on the waiting list will move up. Again, no distinction is made between RSV2000 and non-RSV2000 members—even if the freed-up spot was originally among the 30 reserved ones.

  • Participants on the waiting list who cannot or do not wish to participate in case of a short-notice allocation must withdraw their registration no later than seven days before the draw.
We kindly ask all participants to carefully observe these rules to ensure a smooth and fair allocation process.

Veterinary conditions:

  • All participating dogs must be clinically healthy.
  • The international vaccination certificate must indicate the valid vaccination against the following infectious diseases: Rabies.
  • All participants are strictly required to attend the mandatory veterinary check during the designated time period. Any dog that fails the veterinary check will be automatically disqualified from the competition.

  • Bitches in heat must be reported immediately upon detection and must be kept outside the event premises.
